To our dear Mustang and QVC pals,
Sorry we had to leave without stating what the problem was. but we just arrived home after being away for quite a long time.
As I had previously mentioned to Mustang I was having horrific disturbing dreams, and needed a change of scenery.
I refused to share them with Phillip for a very good reason so he decided I needed a change of scenery and took me away to a mountain retreat we love.
It was quiet and very peaceful, but my disturbing dreams continued.
I began calling everyone we know and love, and it seemed nothing was wrong, which was a big relief, but my disturbing dreams continued until one phone call from overseas turned them into our nightmare reality.
The minute we received that phone call our grief journey began.
My Phillip lost his Mom quite unexpectedly, so we had to leave very quickly since his Dad was suffering the loss......then at the funeral his Dad also joined her.
In life they were inseparable, always holding hands, showing affection, and were together since she was 12 and he was 16. They were happily married for decades. and were so looking forward to finally retiring.
They had gone to Greece for a long vacation, and we were supposed to join them in August.
They had already sold their home and contents before they left, and completed building their dream villa by the sea.
So with very heavy hearts we took care of all the arrangements as best as we could, and we also stayed overseas.
Coming home again at that time was never a consideration.
Our grief continues, but we feel some inner peace knowing that they are together again, and yes we do now know someone can actually die from a broken shattered heart.
I will be on and off the QVC Community forum, as our homecoming shall mean a steady stream of relatives, friends, and neighbors all offering their condolences for this very sad dual loss.
I have missed all my QVC pals so much, and I hope everyone realizes their dreams and does not put anything off for later on in the future.......but live in the present since that is the gift God gave us.
"The present day is a present from God, but only he knows what tomorrow shall bring":.....so live life to the fullest, love with your heart, treasure and enjoy it all, because it is a very precious gift and Father Time has no compassion or pity, he just continues to march on to the beat of his own drum.
Wishing everyone to enjoy themselves and their summer, and I will log on from time to time, until then.... be well, and stay safe.

Adore and Phillip,
I'm so very sorry that you are having to deal with this. How very kind of you to take time out to explain all of this to us, your "cyber" family. I have contemplated putting a call out to you for the last few days, but really didn't know what to say as I had no idea if you were home or not. Just had that feeling in my heart to keep you and Phillip in special prayers-now I know why. Though your hearts are heavy and hurting right now, you described a love story. And the story didn't just end when they passed, you and Phillip and the rest of your family and friends continues to reflect that love. What special people they were while here on earth! I know you are thankful for having them in your life. They have left a beautiful legacy for you all.
We will be here whenever you want to talk or feel up to joining in. Give that Phillip a big hug from us, too. Even though he doesn't post here, I feel he is part of our family here because of how he loves you. ![]()

Foreknowledge.
God will speak when we are still. Preparing, warning and more. The sad thing is many do not believe or trust Him. This lady trusted the internal warning like birth pains the woman's body wants to push.. She went away and her answer came. My prayer's truly go out.
I hope I have not crossed the line if I have forgive me.
