Re: Shout Out to all my QVC Pals.........roll call please and thanks!

Hello!!!

I am not a big fan of this new format only because they messed up Viewpoints... Everything seems a bit disjointed. Also, I cook and bake so while I don't post a lot, I do lurk and post every so often. Qvc messed up my post count so now I only show 5 or 6 posts. It's closer to 40 actually... Oh, Well. I hope that everyone stays safe with these storms!!!

NIce to meet you HgChild.

If you would like to post a recipe and contribute that would be nice, especially since you said that you do cook and bake.

Hope everyone remains safe in the storm areas.

Hey northernlights,

I was hoping you would come for roll call......I was getting worried!

I hope everyone else finds us again, because lots of our QVC pals have not yet checked in for roll call or posted here.

In time these new boards will be easier to navigate northernlights.

Everything new takes time, but in the end it all works outSmiley Happy.

Okay, duly noted KatieB, but I am sure with time we will all find it easier to navigate these new QVC boards.

As for why the unnecessary changes, that decision is made by QVC, since they claim ownership, and we are their members.

Perhaps you can also use the suggestion box to the left to post your issues directly with them, and good luck!

Yes Zhills I understand what you said, but perhaps we can use the suggestion box to voice our concerns and issues so they are noted by QVC, and perhaps in time addressed.....I sure hope so.

Gone for 10 days and returned to this confusing forum. What happened to the format that worked? I thought my only problem was using an iPad. Is there a Search option that I am missing. You are correct....TMI

Hi Cece5231,

Glad you made it in, and yes it is an interesting format which becomes easier to navigate in time.

The search option is above towards the right.

Type in what you want and click on the red box which says GO.

Hi, I'm not a frequent poster of recipes, but just had this at a family reunion and it was really good.  My rhubarb plants are doing so well this year that I was happy to get this recipe.  If you decide to make it, I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Refreshing Rhubarb Salad

4 c. rhubarb, diced   (can use fresh or frozen)

1 1/2 c. water

1/2 c. sugar

1 6 oz. pkg. strawberry jello (large pkg. size)

1 c. orange juice

1 c. fresh strawberries, sliced

In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the rhubarb, water and sugar to a boil. Cook, uncovered until rhubarb is tender, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in jello until dissolved. Add orange juice and mix well. Chill until mixture begins to thicken. Fold in sliced strawberries. Pour into a 2 quart bowl and chill until set.    Yield:  12-14 servings
