@Yahooey  This sounds delicious, Yahooey! Thank you for posting the recipe and the great photo 🙂. I have all of the ingredients except the noodles- I'll pick those up the next time I go grocery shopping, and I'll give this a try.

Sounds so good!  My daughter & husband are vegan so it would be a nice dish to bring over sometime!

Yum. One of my favorite asian type dishes. There's a local place that does prepared meals and their asian noodle dish is like crack for me!

I would love to be able to make it myself, especially since I can control what goes in it. (I'm never sure if the locally made one has lots of sugar or oils I would't use.)

I'm saving your recipe to try. I need to buy many of those asian ingredients first. Tks for posting!

A huge fave of mine and  I like this recipe!! Don't have the sesame seed paste--need to find some tho--but do have black vinegar --never heard of shallot sauce---will research. Love this dish cold too. and goes well with any protein!!

@Yahooey This is one of my favorite noodle dishes. I like to make it with "glass noodles". You can find it in the Asian food section of most grocery stores.

@Yahooey  Thank you for the noodle ounce measurements 😊.  I might even try making this with zucchini "zoodles" sometime after I make it the first time with the noodles. 🙂

I think you can totally make it with zucchini noodles -
