I've been trying to get this recipe since Sept., but my niece kept forgetting to ask her friend for it. We had it at her birthday party and they are out of this world. So, if anyone needs a delish and easy to make appetizer recipe, this is the one to try.

Sausage rolls:

1 Pkg Puff pastry sheets. (Pepperidge Farm)

1 pkg roll sausage (the log) (Jimmy Dean or similar)

1 box chicken Stove Top stuffing mix

Let pastry defrost in fridge. Make stuffing and let it cool. Mix cooled stuffing with the log of sausage. Mix well. Cut the pastry into thirds. You will have six pieces total. Roll out each piece (just a little) and put sausage mixture into it and roll into a log. Put on a cookie sheet brush with an egg wash cut into pieces. Bake 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes
