Santa Fe Soup

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 pound ground beef
1 onion coarsely chopped
1 can (15 oz) diced tomato
1 can (11 oz) Rotel or Mexican Tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) corn (reserve liquid to thin soup if needed)
1 can (15 oz) Ranch style beans
1/2 tablespoon Adobe seasoning

cheese to taste (optional)
Optional Garnishes
sour cream
diced tomato

1. Brown beef & onion.

2. Add remaining ingredients.

3. Simmer on low until the cheese is melted.
