This is delicious.

SQUASH DRESSING

2 cups cooked & drained sliced squash; 2 cups crumbled corn bread; 1 (10 3/4-oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup; 1/2 cup chopped onion; 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted; 3 eggs; and sage.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 3-quart casserole dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the squash, cornbread, soup, onions, butter, eggs & sage to taste (I probably use about 1 tsp of sage). Mix well.

Pour into the casserole dish & bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

YIELD: 10 to 12 Servings.
