Found this online and it was very tasty with some halibut.
1 T olive oil
2 T currants
2 T pine nuts
1 bunch red chard, chopped
Heat oil med high.
Add pine nuts, currants and saute until nuts brown (2 minutes).
Add chard until it wilts (3 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.

This sounds delicious. It has been almost impossible to get Swiss chard locally.
i spoke to one produce manager about It. He told me that because of the volume he was required to buy and the amount not sold, it was not cost effective.
If I find some, I will definitely make this recipe - my favorite vegetable.

We love swiss chard. I think it was 2 yrs ago, we grew our own rainbow chard, did really well. @gmkb, It's too bad your store doesn't or won't carry chard. Grow your own this spring/summer. Rainbow is so 'pretty' too.
