What temperature?
390. That's just my personal preference. I know most instructions say 6 or 7 minutes but I lose my appetite if I see pink fish.

Salmon salad. Bake salmon with some seasoning then continue as if making tuna salad.

@Sooner That sounds fast, easy and I love the candied part.
@Kachina624 It is super good and super easy. I do it in a non-stick pan!

@Sooner That sounds so good. I never thought of that. My husband and I don't eat meat, chicken once in a great while. . We eat a lot of fish, salmon mainly as I have an excellent source in Alaska. I am a little unable to stand and cook , so last 2 years my husband does. He would love this. So you cube salmon, take skin off? Then just fry up in skillet with maple, syrup? I'll ask him to try it. Seems easy. Thanks

Get a teriyaki / marinade sauce. The tangy sweet is very tasty on salmon! You could make it yourself with soy sauce, garlic and honey or sugar-

@shoekitty I take bite sized pieces of salmon, dry them, put just a tiny bit of oil in the pan, start to stir fry then and as they start to firm up on the outside, drizzle a little maple syrup on them and keep tossing them gently--letting them cook a little then moving them so they brown but don't stick.
Get them as crispy as you want. I sort of wing it and it has never been an issue--haven't made them in too long so i'll have to do it again! Salt to taste.
Husband just said he would add a few drops of balsamic vinegar to it with the maple syrup (or before) but i don't remember doing that when I did. May be our lunch tomorrow!!!!

Just use your imagination and items in your fridge or cabinet.
I cook my salmon from frozen in my air fryer at 375 for about 12 to 15 minutes. About 5 minutes before it's done I top it with whatever I have on hand. And that has been one of the following -
Orange marmalade
Peach preserves
Apricot preserves
Barbecue sauce
Maple syrup
Brown sugar with a little orange juice
Sliced peaches (I had some frozen sliced peaches in the freezer)
Honey mustard or any mustard
There are probably a lot more options.
Don't use any recipe that you have to shop for items that you will probably never use!
