@ECBG As much as I love corn on the cob, I'd probably faint from happiness if I had that and rib roast together.

 

Now if you wrapped the corn with bacon AND grilled it AND served it with roast, well I'm sure it would be more than I could stand!  Woman Surprised

When I cook this type of roast, I stick with a total oven meal; adding a sheet pan of seasoned potatoes and vegetables to roast as well.

I have noticed fresh asparagus is in stores here.  I would have fresh asparagus, a green salad with chopped pink lady apples, cubes of cheddar cheese and some toasted almond slivers as garnish.
