This is my favorite Rhubarb recipe..just thought I would share....it's so easy and good!!

Rhubarb Robin

4-5 c. rhubarb, chopped

1 egg

1 c. sugar

3 T. flour

18.5 oz. box yellow cake mix

3/4 c. butter, sliced

Mash the first 4 ingredients together and pat into the bottom of an ungreased 13x9 baking pan. Sprinkle with cake mix; arrange butter slices over the top. Do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
