Very easy and quick! You don't pre-cook the macaroni! Delicious...Enjoy!

BAKED MACARONI & CHEESE

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, sliced into several pats

12 ounces grated Cheddar cheese

4 ounces grated mozzaraella cheese

5 cups milk (sometimes I use half milk and half cream)

Salt & pepper

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Layer the macaroni, butter clices, Cheddar and mozzarella cheese in the order given in a 13 x 9" dish sprayed with Pam. Pour the milk over the top. Season with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.

Can half the recipe in an 8 x 8" dish. Cover with foil for the last 15 mins. if it starts to get too brown and crusty. Experiment with Swiss, Vermont Cheddar, provolone or other cheeses. Garnish with parsley if desired.
