Has anyone found the recipe for the Rastelli's Steak Rub.  They showed it on air and said the recipe was available under Rastelli's Steak Rub but I can't find it!

This is from the Rastelli's website:

Easy DIY Steak Rub

May 14, 2020

Recipe
Buying premade rubs can save you a few minutes, but most store-bought rubs are made with ingredients likely already sitting in your pantry. Why spend money on a rub when you can make your own? This rub is a nice blend of sweet, savory, and spicy and we use it on all types of meats – steaks, burgers roasts, ground, etc.

1/4 cup Brown sugar
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Black pepper (table ground)
2 tbsp Kosher salt
1 tbsp Chili powder
1 tbsp Cnion powder
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Cayenne

Tips: You can either store leftover rub in the freezer in a ziplock bag with air removed or in your cupboard in an air-tight container.

Trick: This is a good base for all meats but don’t be afraid to have fun. Separate small amounts of the rub and add a teaspoon of finely ground coffee, Italian seasoning, or any dried herb for extra punch.

Prior order......packet was salty.  I threw it out.

Speaking of salt.......just rec'd Germack order.  First jar opened could use some salt.  tasteless, dull bland,

Is WALLY still in the warehouse?   LOL

The steak seasoning packet included isn't a steak rub. Just seasoning. I thought it was a bit to black peppery for me but DS LOVES it and puts it on everything!

I think Montreal Steak seasoning is just fine--I use the lower sodium kind. Can get alot more for your $$ too.

@wagirl I use the lower sodium Montreal Steak Seasoning also.  It's wonderful on roasted veggies like broccoli.

@CoffeeNut  Thank you for posting the Rastelli's Steak Rub recipe 🤗💯! I made a batch of the Rastelli's steak rub tonight and used some of it on both sides of a steak and then I grilled the steak.  Absolutely delicious! I ate the steak with a side of collard greens and a piece of sour dough toast.  Really good restaurant style steak with savory and rich smoky spices! This rub would be fabulous on grilled tri tip too.

@CoffeeNut  Thank you, Coffeenut! It was so delicious- I woke up thinking about that steak, that's how good it was 😁🙌.  This was a cheap cut of steak and it still tasted incredible- goes to show that I can have a fancy Rastelli's experience on a budget 😉.
