I found a recipe on one of those threads that come to you on Facebook. Maybe you all know this one, but I found it to be very good and easy. Use chicken breasts/tenderloins or pork chops and cover with about 1/2 cup of mayo, about half a package of Ranch dressing dry mix, scoopful of cheddar cheese and some Panko crumbs. (mix it up first and apply with Panko last). Cook until meat is done. What a great flavor!

This sounds wonderful. Could you tell me if you brown the pork chops first? How long would you bake and at what temperature? Thank you so much.

No, I don't brown them, although I guess you could if you wanted. I just put them in the oven covered with the mixture over them and cook them at about 325 or 300 degrees for a long time (maybe an hour and a half). I like my pork chops very tender. Also I just spray the dish they are in with Pam type spray. I hope you like them. They are a little salty (guess from the Ranch dressing mix), but we love the "crust" never-the-less.
