Go on Pinterest, search it. They have several great recipes using Quinoa including one for bruschetta that I tried. Yummy. Or try the weight watchers website (recipe/ forum section). Good luck! I like it but find myself using couscous more.

Google quinoa recipes and you will find tons of sources. Cookinglight.com has some that I like.

Quinoa is a pseudocereal and that is one of the ways I enjoy it. I put 3 Tbsp cooked quinoa in a bowl, drizzle a tiny bit of agave over it and then top it with blueberries and sliced strawberries and a splash of almond milk.

Hi! If you enter Quinoa in the search box at upper left side of the page, you will find quite a few recipes here at recipe swap.

Just dress it/use it like...rice. It will adopt any favor you use.

I use vegetable broth instead of water to improve the flavor. I separately stirfry onions, and some vegs and mix at the end. And I add virgin olive oil to everything.

I use quinoa in place of rice in many dishes. Last night I prepared quinoa "fried rice" with roasted pineapple, onions, and asparagus. It was not really fried, I sauteed garlic and fresh ginger in water, not oil, then added the already cooked quinoa to heat it. Then I folded in the veggies, adding some soy sauce, a pinch of crushed red peppers, and a squirt of lemon juice. I am one of those cooks that eyeballs everything, so I do not have exact measurements.

I don't like rice, so use quinoa in place of that.

Mix it with oatmeal or other cooked cereal.

Mix with black beans when making black bean burgers.

Cooked, mixed in with any salad.
