Oh @ChiliPepper thank you so much, it is such a relief as I was worried because of the condition of the house that no one would want it . . . I always felt that a contractor would grab this and that is exactly what happened.  There are/were actually two contractors that have bids and I'm not sure how that works but I signed the papers I knew was a genuine offer (and a fair price as they more than met me half way).

It is Miller Time in the house now to be known as Formerly Casa mtc along with Screaming Sicilian pizza . . . yum!

Oh thank you @mustang66lady and believe me I know God is watching over me . . . even during times when I was really overwhelmed I always knew He would lead me to a better place and it always happened.  I can't wait to see those condos on Wednesday, I feel like my life is just starting.  I'm so happy to have a balcony that it may end up being my bedroom  . . . tee hee!

Oh @RespectLife whatever I could possibly do to help you sell your lovely home I would but I have a feeling you and I are on opposite ends of the spectrum in terms of selling . . . yours being at the top and mine being what would politely be called a "fixer upper" . . . tee hee, yours will move in no time trust me!
