Looks like a beautiful day here today.   How is everyone doing?   Did anyone have fun over the weekend besides @VaBelle35 ?  I'm so glad your vacay has turned out so well.  Can't wait to hear what all you got to do. 

Our local news features an animal of the day-usually it is a dog.  Today they had a beautiful mix breed dog (looked like it may have had some pit bull in it) with just the smallest of white touches.  Her name is Sharon and her brother, Ozzie, are both up for adoptiong.   If I had a small farm, I would have to go get Sharon and Ozzie for sure!

Monday's are such a pain in the patootie with  Payroll reporting, heavy mail...goofy guys....

It was a charming place.  I was always impressed with the restaurants in the DC area when I traveled up there a lot with my work.

Dear Kitchenettes,

     I couldn't remember if I told you about a little excitement we had the Saturday before last.  We were awakened by two bobcats having a terrible fight outside our bedroom window.  Yikes!  Welcome to the wild west!  

     DH called animal control because it was such a fierce fight.   There are several elderly early morning walkers in our area and he was concerned about them.  He was surprised to learn that animal control would not come out unless someone had been hurt by the animals.  They said that they did want people to report sightings of the animals, though, so they could keep track of them.

@mustang66lady , Thank you. I have not had much rest time. DH has taken a bad turn. He is up to 13 liters now and much weaker. He is still getting up for short amounts of time and we have now one of the walkers with a seat. He has asked me to take him for a drive today. He has not been out of the house except for a couple of appointments in months preferring to stay in. I have loaded the suv with oxygen and away we will go with a nice picnic surprise too if he is up to it.
