Hey there my Friend!!!

Yes, I was going to drive her back this afternoon but I was checking out the weather Saturday morning and it didn't look so good so I decided to go Saturday night after work.

It was a long day but it ended up being a smart move because we are having an ice & snow storm.

Your snow was delivered to me in error. (and I think @ChiliPepper )

 I am going to call UPS to come pick it up and redeliver it to you!!  LOL

I hold true to @mustang66lady  words...you many never get over it, but you will get through it.  I have never gotten over the loss of my BIL.  He was so young and one of my best friends ever.  But I have worked throught it....sometimes I still cry for missing him, sometimes now I can laugh cuz he was the quirkiest guy ever!  (Pink Meat Day, Chicken Chests...all his!  LOL)

Another line I hold onto is the line @IG

uses at the bottom of her posts...

"You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have"  That has helped me dig deep to find the strength that only HE can give!

Good evening Ladies!!!

Just got done a bit ago doing some more shoveling. Wow, is it thick & heavy!!!

Made some asparagus - just a little salt, pepper & garlic. Dang, it was yummy!

I think there's a piece of pumpkin pie left! Asparagus and pumpkin pie - sounds like a pretty easy & delicious dinner LOL!

Ok @ChiliPepper  my friend you talked me into it.  Asparagus is on sale starting today so I'm gonna go grab some and make it!
