I did catch Guy on triple D -over the weekend I think. The place he was at was making pizzas and they were going to make him a breakfast pizza. They prebaked the crust some and removed it. I don't remember what cheese or meat they put on it but she cracked two big ol' eggs right on top and shoved it back in the pizza oven. I did think he was going to lose it as he tried to take a bite of it but he ended up eating the entire slice and talking about how delicious it was! I had read somewhere that he is not always in love with the food he tries and I even think he has a "give"-some phrase he says or something which signals the staff the food he just tasted wasn't "off the hook." I wish I could remember what it was.

@tiny 2 oh nothing exotic, just boxed stuffing. I lay the breast on top of the stuffing and also shove herb flavored butter under the skin. Which reminds me, it's getting to be that time of year that Aldi will be getting their assorted stuffings in and I will tell everyone in advance not to get in between me and their Hawaiian Roll stuffing as I am going to buy as many boxes as they have. It is so good! I'll flag it when it shows up in their weekly ad.

I am glad your treatment is done and that you have an appetite, excellent news! I would happily share my chicken breast and stuffing with you and DH as I swear that chicken shared the same DNA as Mae West if you know what I mean . . .

I hear ya about the heat & humidity! We hit a record high of 88 degrees yesterday. Supposed to drop into the 40's & 50's starting tomorrow. Crazy!!!

Hiya @ChiliPepper well the weatherman must have heard me and scooted the cooler weather faster than expected. It dropped from 74 to now 58 in a couple of hours. Somebody was a little chilly waiting for the doors to open at Aldi . . .

You'll love the cooler weather, I could almost hear my hair shriek with relief.

Checked out those bedsets at Aldi and they are lovely but I ended up taking a pass as I decided to get "stuff" instead. They also had those Beyond Meat burgers and I am going to try one today, I'll let you folks know how it goes (to be honest they look like dog food but I absolutely must try those things). If they don't work out, I'll run them back to Aldi tomorrow for a refund.

I was lucky, they still had some of those Jaffa cookies so I bought a couple more boxes and one of the mango pork meals they featured last week (in case that burger flames out). Also, now that the temperatures will be dropping, they had nice, thick slipper socks with no skid tread for only $3.99. They are quite nice and I think worth the money. @mustang66lady I thought of you when I saw them.
