YIKES @momtochloe

$10.99 for 7.5 oz??  I want the whole wheel for that price!

I have no idea what I paid for the cranberry from Wegman's but I hope it wasn't that much!

Dummy !  I didn't even look, just bought it!  No wonder I am always broke...

(see has nothing to do w/ my shoe obsession!)  LOL

I gotta check when I get home.

@RespectLife not to be a cheapo but do you think just adding some fresh squeezed lemon juice could be a suitable (and more cost effective) substitute when using regular, plain Stilton?

@momtochloe

At those prices, I would have to agree!

Dang!  I was watching the convention last night and forgot to check my cranberry stilton pricing!  Then, poor Ben put me to sleep and I forgot about it!  LOL  I just couldn't keep the lids open any longer!

@Writer with Flair

WOWZA!  I want to eat ALL those cheeses!  Thanks so much for the info and links!

That Huntsman Cheese!  OH BOY!

I try to make Trader Joe's a field trip....meaning a treat to go to, not a regular stop.

I can NOT be trusted in there.

For me, TJ is like letting me loose in a shoe/handbag store!  It is a dangerous place for my credit card to go!  LOL

I forgot that they had a lovely cheese selection.  It didn't even come up in my Buffalo Cheese Shop search!

Thanks for reminding me!  Yeah, Huntsman...def. on the top of my list!

I feel a field trip coming soon!

Happy Wonderful Wednesday Kitchenettes!  Things are starting to get back to normal here, what ever that is!  We started having terrible thunder and lightening last evening around 8:00 and it is still going on!   There are flooded streets everywhere around us and many are without power.   To make it worse, when the storms do finally move out, temps here will be near 100 with heat indexes another 8 or so degrees higher. This will continue into next week!  Talk about wilted.......

And yes!  A PARTY for Seattlegirl!

Oh @mustang66lady

I wasn't aware of your weather issues!  Goodness!  Prayers for all..flooding is NOT fun.

We have had very little rain all summer.  Total drought.  Whatever storms @ChiliPepper is getting...didn't come from me!

Stay safe all friends in the St. Louis area!!!

When you gals click onto our thread, do you start off on random pages?  I do.

It never takes me to the last page.  It is always a surprise which page Q starts me on.

This morning I started on Page 17!  I always read what we were talking about back then.

It was March of 2015

We were talking about cows first, then butter lambs and ended the page on candles!

LOL

We are so random!  Cracks me up!
