I am also happy you are handling things so well at your training! Well tomorrow is the real deal, isn't it? Do you know if you are answering calls from all over the country or just in a certain area? I may have to order flowers for myself to get a chance to talk to you for real!
Hope all is going well for everyone else and I sincerely apologize for not knowing. As I said, this is the first time I have been here today and I am exhausted. Hopefully I will have more time here tomorrow but I do have a pretty full day ahead. I don't even want to think about the weekend! Hope all sleep well and peacefullly and promise to catch up!
@mustang66lady your question made me chuckle as that was the first question that popped into my head when I first started training. It's a shame but an understandable one that you cannot predict what a call will entail so there is no way to shelter newbies but hopefully tomorrow they give us more shall we say background work that would help us build confidence in our system skills.
Please know whatever comes will be fine with me. To be honest, my biggest problem today was my sunglasses breaking so I had to order a new pair from Amazon (I need the fitover version, good heavens how old am I?) and tomorrow I am taking advantage of a Popeye's coupon that should last me the weekend . . . see things are looking up as we speak . . .

Thanks, Ladies, for thinking of us. I was incommunicado today because I was out most of the day running some errands in absolutely beautiful weather. It was such a treat (as was having lunch at one of my favorite Mediterranean restaurants).
After lunch, I enjoyed a spot of shopping and found some nice bargains at TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Ross. It's not how much you spent but how much you saved, right?
Mustang, how is your therapy coming along? Has the scar tissue begun to go away? Will you have to have surgery on your other hand?

It sounds like FTD could use your skills, experience, and knowledge to straighten things out there. Of, well. At least, at the end of the day, you can go home and all that stuff is somebody else's problem.
