But, better to be chased by the wrong men than to not be chased at all.

@VaBelle35 (snicker, snicker, snicker) -- Did you ever see that greeting card Hallmark had for a while?  The front showed a gorgeous young black-haired guy with great abs and the caption "What We're Looking For...."  Inside was a balding, pot-bellied guy in a grubby tee with the caption "What's Looking For Us...."

HoneyBit, I remember that card . . . thanks for the giggle!

Respect, I thought of you when I was in the car just now.  The weather came on and it's supposed to be cold and rainy tomorrow . . . I feel terrible saying this but that news did not make me sad.  Boo on mtc.

Straykatz, that banana bread looks delicious!

Chili, doesn't that cake look good and you can make it with a hand mixer.  I so admire all of you talented people . . . Smiley Happy

We're getting all the rain today and tonight..should be all gone by tomorrow mornng.  We don't get kids...our neighborhood has a trunk to trunk event at one of the local church parking lots.  Much safer for the kiddies ...and for folks who don't like opening our door to strangers....and for folks who don't particpate in Hallowe'en. ... It's a win win for everyone.  :-)

@straykatz  Oh boy!  Thanks for that recipe!!  I have got to get me some rotten bananas!

@momtochloe  Thanks for that recipe too!  I have everything except sage.  That is one of the few spices I don't have!  I found an online sub chart for spices and herbs though. That is the second recipe asking for sage!!

Next free shipping from Spice House!!

@RespectLife I'm not sure this would work but can you substitute Poultry Seasoning for Sage as that (to my taste) is the first thing I notice in that seasoning mix?

@momtochloe

I did know that thanks!  Would you believe I recently tossed the only Poultry Seasoning I had? I had never, EVER used it!

Of course, it was approx. 18 years old...from my MIL...in a Durkee little can!  I prolly could have sold it on ebay for the antique value!  LOL

savory; marjoram; or rosemary  were also listed.  I have rosemary only...possible a 35 year old bottle of marjoram!

I added sage to my cart for next Spice House order.  It is cheap!
