Question about Buttermilk Biscuits made ahead?

I am trying to make as many things ahead for Easter that I can. I purchased a buttermilk biscuit mix from Williams Sonoma and was wondering if their quality would suffer if I were to make them on Saturday. If I can, would I have to reheat them slightly, or would they be just as good as they stand? I don't think I have ever made biscuits before, but thought they would be wonderful with thinly sliced ham. Thank you!
