Found this on Pininterest and made it for church coffee hour. It is fast, moist and tasty

Cake:

1/3 cup water

15 ounces of pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)

2 eggs

1 tbsp. vanilla

2 tsps. pumpkin pie spice

1 yellow cake mix

1 tsp. soda

Mix water, pumpkin, eggs, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla until combined. In another bowl combine cake mix and soda. Mix the two together. Pour mixture in greased 9x13 pan.

Topping:

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup flour

4 tbsp. butter-melted

Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top of cake. Bake 25-30 minutes in a 350 degree oven

Glaze:

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup white sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

1/4 heavy cream

Mix glaze ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir until the suhgars are dissolved. Poke holes top of hot baked cake with toothpick and pour glaze over cake covering the entire cake.
