I brined my chicken 1 hour for an hour before I put it on on the grill using indirect heat. I addded about 3 cups of wood chips over the heat source.
I made a BBQ sauce. I lghtly added the BBQ sauce, so I have a pile of pulled chicken bbq for sandwiches.

I like it better than pulled pork and much more figure friendly.
It was my first time using my grill to smoke food. It was successful. It won't be as smokey as a smoker, but pretty good for not having to buy a new piece of equipment.
