Potato Chip Chicken

2 1/2 cups BBQ or Regular flavor potato chips....Crushed ( I put chips in a zip lock bag and crush them using a rolling pin)

1/4 cup butter

salt and pepper to taste

8 chicken drumsticks

Put crushed potato chips on a plate. Melt butter, stir in salt and pepper. Rinse drumsticks and pat dry. Brush the chicken with butter. Roll each drumstick in the chips til coated. Place In a baking dish. If there is any butter left over, pour it over the chicken. Bake at 375* for about 50 minutes.
