Hi friends!  Just thought I would post a "fun" kind of recipe. Kids love it!!!   Woman Very Happy

Popcorn Cake

1 cup butter

1  (1 pound) bag marshmallows..can use colored ones

16 cups popped popcorn

1 package salted nuts (your choice)

1 small package spiced (or plain) gumdrops

1 teaspoon vanilla

Measure popcorn in bowl. Mix with nuts and gumdrops. Melt butter and marshmallows together in a pan. Add vanilla. Pour over popcorn, nuts and gumdrop mixture. Mix well, then press down into an angel food cake pan. Let it set for awhile Then push out of pan onto a serving plate. Cover with plastic wrap.

****NOTE****  DO NOT PUT THIS IN A COVERED CAKE SERVER. DO NOT REFRIGERATE,

My grandmother used to make more than a dozen of these cakes as Christmas gifts to her friends!  She was still making the cakes for them after her 90th birthday.
