I was actually surprised at just how good this was, because it was so easy!

1 Angel Food cake (I buy from a bakery, pre-made)

1 Sm. Box Fat-Free Jello Pistachio Pudding Mix (make with skim milk per instructions on box)

1 Container Fat-Free Cool-Whip Topping

1/2 c. Heath Bar Chips

Your favorite Lock 'n Lock Large Container (I use the one made to store a loaf of bread)

Make pudding and let it completely set. Fold in Cool-Whip. Break cake into chunks and line bottom of your pan. Top with 1/2 of the pudding mixture; make another layer of cake chunks on top of that and top with remaining pudding mixture. Top with the Heath chips. Cover tightly and store in refrigerator for at least 4 hours before eating.

Even my hubby liked this one and he never likes any of my healthier desserts! Those Heath bits make all the difference.
