Thank you. I will have to try this some time. I don't have any cake mixes on hand since we hardly ever eat cake.

We don’t eat cake either so I was surprised when I found it while straightening up cupboards.

I thought of LBM’s recipe because I knew we wouldn’t eat a cake but we would eat this bread.

I hope LBM is ok, I haven’t seen her post in a couple of months.

Same here. We like banana bread, pumpkin bread etc.

The only time we eat cake generally is in Feb for our birthday's. We usually make the Hershey's Perfectly Chocolate cake. Yum. I could eat a bite of that right now. I'm hungry. I have not ate yet. LOL!!!
