I remember serving this with finger sandwiches, putting a slice on a lettuce leaf.

Pink Artic Freeze

2 3 ounce pkgs. cream cheese

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sugar

1 16 ounce can whole cranberry sauce

1 9 ounce can crushed pineapple OR tidbits...drained

3/3 cup chopped nuts

1 cup whipping cream...whipped

Soften cream chease. Add mayonnaise and sugar. Add pineapple, cranberry sauce and nuts. Pour into a loaf pan (I use glass pyrex) Freeze til firm (6 hours or overnight). When you are ready to serve it, let it be at room temp for at least 15 minutes before cutting it.
