Pineapple Torte

1 angel food cake

1 pkg. INSTANT vanilla pudding

1 (15 1'2 ounce) can crushed pineapple

1 cup whipping cream..and sugar to taste

coconut

Split cake into 3 layers. Mix pudding with pineapple. Set aside for 15 minutes. Whip the cream. Add sugar to taste and mix with the pineapple mixture. Spread between layers then sprinkle with coconut. Spread mixture on top of cake and then sprinkle with coconut.
