Was looking for some new side dishes for ham and came across recipes for Pineapple Stuffing.  Never heard of it before.  Looks pretty easy and similar to bread pudding. Anyone ever make this?

Sorry I don't know how to put recipes up.  If you Google Pineapple stuffing you will get many choices!!

It sounds delicious but do you stuff the ham with it or serve it on the side?

It was an offering at an employee potluck years ago.  I found it to be too sweet for my palate.

I've made a pineapple casserole years ago. I liked it but forgot all about it till it was mentioned here.
