Peaches And Cream

3/4 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 egg...beaten

3 tablespoons butter...melted

1/2 cup sugar

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 (4serving size) vanilla pudding mix

1/2 cup milk

1 16 ounce can peaches...drain and reserve 1/2 cup liquid from the peaches

8 ounces cream cheese...softened

Preheat oven to 350*. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, pudding mix, and baking powder. combine egg, butter and milk. Mix well and spread into a greased 8 inch square baking pan. Chop drained peaches. Sprinkle them on top of the batter in pan. Beat together cream cheese and 1/2 cup peach juice. Pour over peaches in pan. Combine 1 tablespoon with the cinnamon and sprinkle over all. Bake 45-55 minutes. Cool then cut into squares.
