Peach Oil?

Ladies, been going thru quite a few new cookbooks I'd had sitting in a stack to get to,,,,know what I mean? They just seem to accumulate WHEN YOU KEEP BUYING THEM????!!!! Anyway, the other day I ran into "peach oil" and "coconut flavoring",,,hmmm, where does one get peach oil and could the coconut flavoring be like vanilla? Don't know if I'll ever get to these recipes, but I'd like to know about these ingredients. TIA
