This recipe is a little different in that it uses both peaches and blueberries. I use both fresh peachers and fresh blueberries whenever possible. Serve it plain, with milk or with vanilla ice cream.

PEACH AND BLUEBERRY COBBLER

2 TBSPS. CORNSTARCH 1 CUP FLOUR

¼ CUP BROWN SUGAR ½ CUP SUGAR

1/2 CUP PEACH JUICE OR WATER 1 ½ TEAS. BAKING POWDER

1 TBSP. BUTTER ½ TEAS. SALT

1 TBSP. LEMON JUICE ½ CUP MILK

3 CUPS SLICED PEACHES 1/3 CUP SOFTENED BUTTER

1 CUP BLUEBERRIES ( +- )

Cook corn starch, brown sugar and peach juice until thickened, stirring occasionally. Add butter and lemon juice, mixing well. Stir into peaches and blueberries. Put into 9 inch baking dish.

Mix dry ingredients and add softened butter. Mix until crumbly. Add milk and stir until smooth. Pour over the fruit.

Mix 2 Tbsps. sugar and ¼ nutmeg and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

ETA: I don't know why it printed like this but the topping is the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk and butter. Check the directions for mixing.
