Here's a recipe that my late sister, Carol, loved and I always made for our Christmas Eve family get-together. Once again, there's usually no leftovers. Must mention my best girl friend, Lisa R., who gave it to me many years ago. It's very easy to make. I hope you all enjoy it.

Hawaiian Delight

8 oz Cream Cheese

2-3 drops Food Coloring (your choice, I use red for Christmas, I have used pink & blue for baby showers) (Beat with mixer)

Large container Cool Whip

1 large can Fruit Cocktail (Drained)

1 regular size can Crushed Pineapple (Drained)

3/4 bag small marshmallows

1. Beat Cream Cheese with flat blade of mixer to soften. Add all other ingredients and blend in on low speed gently. Place in serving bowl.

2. Top off with garnish below:

Sprinkle Flaked Coconut over top (can add 2-3 drops of food coloring for occasion - Christmas, baby shower etc.

Add sliced strawberries (Slice whole lengthwise making hearts for garnish on top overall) Can use as many strawberries as you wish for topping. Enjoy!
