Just a great big Thank You for posting your recipe called "Risotto Chicken Bake." We finally had leftover BBQ chicken from Costco so I was able to try it. Out of this world. Cannot wait to try it again. I doubted the arborio rice would cook properly and taste like constantly stirred risotto, but it did!!! I did not have fresh basil, so it was omittted. I don't really think it made that much of a difference. Thanks again!!!
