Hi berta,

Just pulled out your recipe for your Angel Food Cake dessert recipe below and was wondering if that was the strawberries in juice or just frozen strawberries??? Going to make this for a baby shower.

Angel Food Cake Dessert By: berta 53

2- ( small ) pkg. strawberry jello
2 ( 10 oz.pkg) frozen strawberries
2 T sugar
1 ( 10 inch ) angel food cake -broken up
1 small carton cool whip

Dissolve jello in 2 1/2 cups of boiling water.Stir in frozen strawberries & sugar.Cool until it starts to thicken.Fold in cool whip.Cover bottom of a 9x13 pan with half of the broken up cake.Pour 1/2 strawberry mixture over cake and repeat another layer.Chill for at least 5 hours or overnight is better
