I asked this question from a thread on the November Recipe Swap but doubt you will see it. You posted a recipe for "Yellow Rice and Sausage" on 11-17-12. I copied the recipe and started to make it but realized in reviewing the recipe that it calls for green peas as part of the ingredients but in the preparation, it does not say when to add them. Can you please clarify ASAP? I assume perhaps they are to be added after the rice is fully cooked and just before serving, but want to make sure that is a correct assumption. TIA for your response. This recipe sounds so good and I'm anxious to try it.
