@northiie57. I made your recipe for the squash/apple dish you posted about.  It was good!  The only thing I changed was using a package of cherry-cranberry-pecan salad topping instead of the raisins.  I don't care for raisins and this topping mix worked just fine, see below.  Great side dish today! 👍👍
