I have never cooked lasagne in the pressure cooker before.......BUT.......I made my sauce, and then layered my lasagne in the pressure cooker......, and I did not cook the noodles beforehand, and layered that bad boy almost to the top of my 8 at oval CE pressure cooker (had to get an officer to bring it in and take to medical for me), and it sat overnight in the fridge, and then I cooked it for 30 minutes, and Doc had to taste a bit before lunch time, and he stated it brought him back to his childhood, and then I added a 5 cheese blend on top, and cooked for 5 minutes, and the whole prison officers and staff ended up coming by medical to make a plate......{#emotions_dlg.laugh} I am so glad to know what the pressure cooker can do with lasagne.......Cool The recipe I used fit for those who do/don't like spicy........{#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}
