Overnight Sausage And Egg Casserole

4 slices bread

1 pound ground sausage

1 cup cheddar cheese

6 eggs

2 cups milk

1 teaspoon dry mustard

salt and pepper to taste

Tear the bread in small pieces and place in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Brown sausage and drain. Spoon over bread. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Beat together the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over sausage mixture and put in the fridge overnight. Bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes
