Oven Baby Back Ribs
4-5 pounds baby back ribs
seasoned salt...to taste
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup honey
1 cup catsup
3 tablespoons fresh gingeroot...grated
1 clove garlic...minced
1/4 teaspoon pepper..or to taste
Parboil; ribs in boiling water for 30 minutes. Drain. Cut into individual ribs. Rub each rib with seasoned salt. Combine the soy sauce, honey, catsup, gingeroot, garlic and pepper in a large ziploc bag. Mix well. Add the ribs. Turn to coat all sides. Put ribs in a pan that has been lightly sprayed with Pam. Glaze each rib with additional honey (I drizzle a little honey on the tops of the ribs). Bake at 350* for 30 minutes or til cooked all the way through and are tender.
