Oreo Trifle Recipe:

1 box brownie mix
1 package Oreo cookies
2 small boxes instant Devil’s Food pudding mix
2 cups milk
2 (8 oz.) containers whipped topping

Following directions on brownie box, bake brownies in oven. Cool completely. Combine pudding mix and milk, whisk until blended. Stir in 1 container of whipping topping until mixed well with pudding. Take half of brownies and crumble into bottom of trifle bowl. Spoon half of pudding mixture on top of brownies. (Tip: Dip half of Oreos in milk (to soften) and place on top of pudding mixture in bowl.) Spoon half of remaining whipped topping on top of Oreo layer. Repeat layering. Top with crumbled Oreos, store in refrigerator.

Photo: I heard today was Oreo Day!! So what better to make than an Oreo Trifle! Trifles are so easy to make and so, so delicious. I love the Pampered Chef trifle dish because it has a lid AND you can remove the base so it sits flat in the fridge for easy storage. Since most trifles have pudding and whipped topping in them, they always hang out in the fridge with all of the other cool food items…(I bet all the other foods in the fridge are jealous!)
