I make this all the time.  It is a great snack using Greek Yogurt.  Found it online.  If you use the low sugar jello, it is easy on the calories.

Orange fluff

This recipe for Orange Creamsicle Jello Whips is a quick, 3 ingredient dessert, that could not be any easier to make.

  • Cook Time: 5
  • Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 (.3oz) box of Orange Sugar-Free Jello
  • ¾ cup boiling water
  • 1 cup ice water
  • 1 cup (8oz) plain non-fat Greek yogurt

instructions

Step 1.  Add ¾ cup boiling water to a medium-sized bowl.  Pour in Jello powder and stir until fully dissolved.

Step 2.  Make 1 cup of ice water by measuring out 1 cup of ice, and pouring water in until it fills the cup.

Step 3.  Add ice water to the dissolved Jello and mix until ice melts and Jello thickens.

Step 4.  Add Jello mixture and 1 cup yogurt to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds.

Step 5.  Pour the Jello into serving glasses or a medium-sized bowl and chill for 2 hours.

How much sugar? Your nutrition info is great, but nothing about sugar.

Mom used to make this w/lemon jello and Cool Whip. I thought it was delicious.

This sounds great!  I'm going to give it a try and I found some orange sugar free jello on Amazon.

Thanks for the recipe!

@Group 5 minus 1 , there is no sugar in the jello.  The pkg says per 1/2 cup is 10 calories, 0 Fat, 110 mg sodium and 1 g protein.

The only sugar comes from the Greek Yogurt.  I am using Our Finest fat free yogurt with 5 g sugar per 3/4 cup.

you have read the yogurt labels.  Some are loaded with sugar.
