If you want a cauliflower crust ( for health, diet, aversion to toxic food) you can make your own or take a trip to Trader Joe's. They sell a frozen cauliflower crust.   Roast up some veggies...spinach, garlic, red peppers, onion, olives, mushrooms, artichokes (whatever pleases you) and if you aren't so health conscious (transitioning out of eating meat/dairy) you can sprinkle some SO vegan cheese or make your own cashew cheese. Either way you will be healthier and happier!

Costco has a frozen pizza that has a cauliflower crust, but then they ruin it by adding dairy (cheese) on top. Just an aside:    Trader Joe's also makes a roasted veggie pizza -without cheese.  It is a dupe of the Amy's roasted veggie pizza at about half the price.

I tried her mashed potatoes, expensive.  I suspect the pizza is like the potatoes, cauliflower replacing part of the potato or flour isn't really helping that much.

I don’t think Oprah makes anything except money. Not even her own bed or her own meals.

I don’t know if anyone has mentioned it, but another option for pizza crust is quinoa. You can probably find a recipe online.  I’ve never made it but I’ve had it and it’s not bad.

I've tried Costco's cauliflower crust and do not recommend it, not that the toppings were terrible but the crust cannot compare with good pizza crust, not even close.  A waste of good cauliflower.  I'd rather have it steamed or roasted and get have the Italian food hunger satisfied another way.
