1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup sliced almonds (ground)
Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheets with parchment.
In a large bowl whisk together br. sugar, butter, vanilla and egg until smooth.
Mix in oats and ground almonds.
Drop mixture by level tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets spacing about 2" apart.
Flatten cookies into 2 1/2 inch circles with a spatula sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake until golden...14-16 min.
