OT Nuwave Oven

Do any of you cook with the Nuwave oven? If so, what are the pluses and minuses. I know the big plus is that it cooks frozen foods.

What does it NOT do well?

What is your favorite thing to make?

If you were buying a new one, what if anything might you do differently?
