Just a 'heads up' on a great new product I tried today; it's called Yanni Grilling Cheese and it is so good and so different. It comes in both a plain and a spicy (jalapeno) version. What is neat about it is that you can cut it in small pieces and grill it in a skillet at about 250 deg, and it comes out with a nice crust and melty interior. You could serve it as is on toothpicks, use it in a green salad with tomatoes, onions, etc., and in lots of other ways, too.
I asked the demonstrator how they did it. She assured me that there were no added ingredients; the company just 'played' with the ph balance of the milk.
