OATMEAL COOKIES..[.MAKES 4 DOZEN]

1 PKG duncan hine moist spice cake mix

4 large egg whites

1 cup uncooked quick cooking oats

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup raisins

preheat oven to 350 degrees

in a large bowl combine cake mix ,egg whites ,oats and oil

Beat on low with electric mixer until well blended,

Stir in raisins

Bake 7 to 9 minutes or til lightly browned.

Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet.

Remove to rack to cool completely.

Options : may add choc cips and or nuts.
