Drove to Okla City from Ohio for Thanksgiving and my DD's MIL brought canned peach halves in a Pyrex dish with the hollow filled with a tablespoon or so of canned mincemeat and sprinkled (heavily) with shredded Parmesan cheese. They put it underthe broiler till the cheese melted and it was great. Love these Southern cooks!!
